Enough! Productivity for Feminists is a group coaching programme offering an alternative to the macho, neoliberal, how-to-suck-as-much-productivity-as-possible-out-of-the-day-so-you-can-contribute-to-the-knowledge-economy-and-advance-your-career mode of thinking. We are brutally honest about the challenges we face, both personal and structural. We experiment with skills and strategies, focussing as much on the being as the doing, and always keeping questions of health (physical, mental, community, planetary) at the forefront. You will develop practices, routines and confidence in prioritising according to your true values, so you can move through your life with a greater sense of ease and purpose.
Enough! Productivity for Feminists is a 10-week programme offered annually, launching in January each year. The heart of the programme is small-group coaching to build awareness and solidarity. The group coaching is supported with optional one-on-ones, exercises, accountability buddies and a book club. Together, we build community and create a space for reflection, connection, resistance and change.
Each year, the programme is customised to participants’ interests and goals, gathered through enrolment interviews. Possible topics include (but are not limited to): producing v creating; self-talk; modes of working; technology; rituals; metaphors; agency; solidarity; rhythms & cycles; priorities & values; forgiveness & gratitude; rest; inner critics; affirmations; and being liked. There are many possible ways into these big questions, and this is one of the things that distinguishes the programme. Enough! is not a formula or prescription; it is an evolving framework for experimenting, changing, and resisting.

The programme is currently on hiatus as Laura focuses on delivering bespoke workshops and finishing her book, but if you are interested in Enough! Productivity for Feminists and you can gather a group of at least five participants, please get in touch with Laura to see what might be arranged. Laura also continues to offer workshops and one-to-one coaching based on the Enough! principles, and she runs Enough! Time to Write every Autumn, Winter and Spring.
