
My approach to coaching is to establish an authentic relationship of equals focused on you and your needs.
One-to-one coaching begins with a free chat about what you’re looking for. Next, I develop a set of customised reflection questions for you. These set a foundation for an exploration session, which is an opportunity to investigate your goals, determine the coaching agenda, and confirm that we’re a good fit.
If we decide to work together, we agree on a series of regular sessions, with the exact formula and length of time varying from person to person. In between sessions, you undertake actions and inquiries that enable your intuition, strengthen your resolve, deepen your learning, and encourage your transformation. For some, coaching is an intervention which lasts for a fixed period of time and addresses specific goals. For others, coaching is an ongoing, iterative process that develops self-knowledge and supports a life lived with purpose and ease.
