Gratitude & Forgiveness

This is a practice to do each night before you go to sleep. You can keep a dedicated journal, or you can do it in your head after you get in bed. If you do it this way, try lying on your back with one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

  1. Review your day and choose three* moments of resonance — when you felt good, aligned, happy, grateful, peaceful, right. Let yourself really feel each one.
  2. Then name three things you did well today, big or small.
  3. Finally, choose three things to forgive yourself for.

*On hard days, it’s okay to only find one.
